Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for overseeing the Power Equipment scope provided by GEV project
Direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium - large sized projects
Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline
Acts as a best practice/quality resource
Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
Makes decisions or solves moderately complex tasks in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) and PMP licensed)
At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
Min. 5 years of Project Management Experience
Deep knowledge of Combine Cycle /HD Power Generation Products
Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
