About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, commissioning and handover of rotating machines and BOP (HV/MV, automation and protection);
Fully manage commercial and financial aspects (revenue, margin, costs, invoicing and cash collection);
Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and ensure alignment with stakeholders in Brazil and internationally;
Develop and control the execution plan, project schedule and baseline, monitoring progress, risks and changes to meet deadlines and budget;
Ensure risk management, safety, operational excellence and a high-performance culture, including team development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred) and advanced English;
Solid experience delivering solutions with rotating machines and energy projects (EPC, grid or industrial);
Knowledge of electrical systems (e-House, HV/MV, automation, protection) and technologies such as synchronous condensers, energy storage and power electronics;
Experience managing projects under international contracts (FIDIC/NEC) and certification in project management (PMP/Prince2);
Familiarity with industry stakeholders (utilities, regulatory bodies) and tools such as MS Project, Office and SAP.
