About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a Global team of Digital Technology ERP process managers/owners
Build strong partnerships with our Services Business functional stakeholders
Responsible for driving scope, practices, and overall IT strategy for the central Finance processes
Develop Target process model & solution design for business functions
Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI
Establish program governance standards, steering committee frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage risk and dependencies between organizations
Drive ERP landscape simplification by collaborating with other value stream leaders
Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
10+ years of IT experience
At least 5 years specifically dedicated to leading large-scale, complex enterprise application portfolios
Established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas
Passion for solving business problems using ERP
Proven track record of leading at least 1–2 full-lifecycle global Oracle Cloud ERP migrations or transformations within a complex matrixed environment
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
Strong global team player
Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
Ability to manage third party partner teams to drive successful business outcomes
Ability to understand, process, and interpret data to extract insights and communicate findings effectively to support business decisions
