About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for successful delivery of multiple complex DERMS projects as an USA/EU Regional Delivery Leader.
Drive thought leadership in DERMS and related areas with our customers and partners worldwide.
Work with Portfolio Leaders regionally to deploy top talent on respective DERMS projects.
Lead and coordinate domain-level technical and business discussions related to future architecture direction across the product line.
Assist pre-sales cycles of DERMS opportunities by engaging effectively with the Sales Teams globally.
Lead regional DERMS teams and ensure technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Utilities Industry Knowledge and DERMS domain expertise
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in the software Industry.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. As GE Vernova is a global organization, working across different time zones, and monitoring, reading and responding to contact outside normal working hours can be expected.
