About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain the DevOps roadmap across the GridBeats™ portfolio
- Drive the transition from fragmented development and release practices towards standardized, scalable, and efficient DevOps processes
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines
- Establish and maintain release management practices
- Embed security practices into development and delivery pipelines
- Define and improve telemetry, logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting capabilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of modern development environments
- Ensure DevOps practices support reliability and scalability
- Lead and support the DevOps team in execution and direction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Define and maintain the DevOps roadmap across the GridBeats™ portfolio
- Drive the transition from fragmented development and release practices towards standardized, scalable, and efficient DevOps processes across teams
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, DevSecOps, and observability
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines supporting build, test, packaging, deployment, and release activities
- Establish and maintain release management practices that improve predictability, traceability, quality, and deployment efficiency
- Embed security practices into development and delivery pipelines through automated checks
- Define and improve telemetry, logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting capabilities across systems and environments
- Support the implementation and maintenance of modern development environments, build systems, deployment platforms, and automation frameworks
- Ensure DevOps practices support reliability, scalability, maintainability, cybersecurity, and testability of delivered software
- Lead and support the DevOps team in day-to-day execution, prioritization, and technical direction.
