About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee complex service agreements and ensure exceptional operational performance for marine customers worldwide.
  • Act as the primary advocate for customers, balancing their unique requirements with the business's technical and financial needs.
  • Coordinate across global teams and manage the end-to-end service lifecycle, from routine maintenance to urgent requests.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with customers by acting as their dedicated advocate and primary point of contact.
  • Lead the delivery of service agreements, ensuring effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
  • Drive financial performance and cost control for service orders, including invoicing and revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • A keen interest in marine operations and technical service delivery.
  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
  • You will need to obtain and maintain BPSS security clearance.
