Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing a moderately sized cross functional team, ensuring harmony across personalities and skillsets
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
Explains difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus
Coordinating cross functionally between Delivery, Support, Product, Engineering with a one team mindset
Own technical deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects stay on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations
Engage in all phases of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality
Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored strategies through site assessments
Ensure go-live readiness and provide support, including post-live checkups, to guarantee customer satisfaction
Stay abreast of the latest technical developments in your area and contribute to strategy and policy development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree from an accredited university or college or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 8+ years of experience in a power system/software delivery function
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
