About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the execution of cross-functional finance transformation initiatives within the Electrification segment.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to define business issues and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, governance routines and stakeholder engagement mechanisms.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, resource needs and key decision points.
  • Track and communicate progress, key deliverables and issues requiring management attention.
  • Collaborate with functional and digital teams to deploy digital, automation and AI-based solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in data-, digital- or process-improvement-oriented roles supporting support or operational functions such as Finance, Digital Technology (DT) or Commercial Operations.
  • Proven experience contributing to or leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations, with the ability to translate business needs into concrete data- or process-related solutions.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and execution dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and problem solving to ambiguous business challenges and translate them into action plans.
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to identify issues, support decision-making and track outcomes.
  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, digital tools and/or systems-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively across Business, Finance, Operations and Digital Technology teams to deliver tangible, scalable solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders and deliver results in environments where authority is shared or indirect.
