About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a geographically diverse team of designers, subcontractors, engineers and project teams
Manage and oversee detailed execution progress
Coordinate delivery of required engineering documentation for procurement, manufacturing and site erection
Ensure on-time delivery of designs and partner documents with suitable quality
Highlight scope or design changes, inform PEM/PM of issues, and propose solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree - electrical or mechanical
Significant and demonstrated years of engineering experience in the related activity / discipline, preferably in project & EPC type environment
Experience of project technical management processes, preferably in a multi-disciplinary team’s context with multiple interfaces
Several experiences in managing externally subcontracted design work package of various sizes
Knowledge of Transmission or Distribution industry
