About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead financial ownership of the North America OTR process across a $0.3B revenue portfolio
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure booking accuracy of $0.4B in orders and integrity of $0.2B in backlog
Execute weekly cost postings & revenue recognition activities in SAP
Provide FP&A support for monthly pacing, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
Analyze and drive actions to improve working capital, cash conversion, and OTR process effectiveness
Lead month-end close and quarter-end activities, coordinate variance analysis, and support required reporting
Coach and develop financial analysts to effectively engage, partner with, and influence cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in financial management, finance operations, or Planning & Analysis
3+ years of people leadership experience
Proven experience supporting order-to-cash, OTR, commercial finance, or project finance environments
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
Experience with SmartView and Tableau reporting tools
Experience with SAP ERP
