Regional Contract Manager – Energy Projects

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial risk
- Ensure compliance across the deal lifecycle
- Support proposals and negotiations, strengthen operational rigor
- Analyze contracts to improve performance, reduce risk, and align with customer needs
- Review, draft, and negotiate customer and partner contractual documents including T&Cs, NDAs, consortium agreements
- Assess, manage, and document commercial risks using tools
- Own and strengthen commercial operations and risk governance processes
- Support sales and ITO teams in developing proposals and driving initiatives
- Provide end-to-end contractual support for large and complex projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience in commercial operations, contract management, sales, risk mitigation, tendering, bid management, or project management
- Proven ability to lead and close T&Cs negotiations during the ITO/Pre-Award phase
- Strong contract review and redlining experience across legal, commercial, finance, tax, and insurance areas
- Strong collaboration with Sales to develop competitive, risk-balanced proposals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is required, while French and Arabic are advantageous
- Additional value comes from exposure to OTR/Post-Award activities and experience in energy, power transmission, OEM, EPC, utilities, or other complex industries.
