About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive operational excellence by leading outage planning, risk management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement activities
Oversee outage planning rigor, cost management, and risk mitigation across the sub‑region
Lead outage closeout process, validate performance outcomes, and translate lessons learned into actionable improvements
Support Monthly Operational Reviews across SQDC, partnering with Sub‑Region ITR Leaders to identify fulfilment gaps early
Enable successful outages by supporting Service Directors through Operational Reviews and Outage Readiness Reviews
Monitor outage execution against the Successful Outage Scorecard (SOS)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Substantial operational exposure in field service, supply chain, engineering, repairs, or contract performance management
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and manage operational and cost‑related risks
Fluent in English
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity in LEAN methodologies, productivity programs, and continuous improvement tools
