About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end execution of customer projects from planning to final delivery
Manage customer relationships and contract delivery throughout the project lifecycle
Create and maintain project schedules and delivery plans
Oversee project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Manage invoicing, variation orders, and cost control
Monitor project progress and identify risks early, taking action to avoid delays
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, logistics, field service resources, and factory supervisors
Support procurement activities with internal and external suppliers
Ensure safe project execution and promote strong environmental, health, and safety practices
Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and leadership through regular reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience working in project-based business environments with clear responsibility for project delivery
Practical project management skills, including planning, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
Experience working with customers in a delivery-focused role
Strong communication skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
A valid driver’s licence
Willingness to travel within the Nordics as needed
