About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns

- Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers
- Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
- Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience in the Services & Customer Service Management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Prior experience in a customer facing role
- Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time
