About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Prolec HR integration
Establish and sustain a clear sense of mission for a cross-functional team
Ensure HR integration decisions connect to the strategic rationale of the acquisition
Drive delivery from mobilization through Workday cutover and stabilization
Attract, onboard, and develop a joint GEV–Prolec HR implementation team
Coordinate cross-workstream collaboration and resolve dependencies
Manage relationships with external implementation partners
Provide executive updates and communications on program health
Oversee change management and employee engagement strategies across locations
Contribute to M&A standard work with lessons learned from the Prolec integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent knowledge or experience
Significant years of progressive HR Leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to sustain momentum and deliver results in high-pressure, ambiguous environments
Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex HR programs requiring significant organizational change
Strong change management skills with experience designing and executing strategies
Ability to attract, onboard, and develop a high-performing team
Skilled in stakeholder management across diverse groups
Ability to simplify complex processes and ensure clarity in communication
Project management skills with experience in defining milestones and managing work plans
Ability and willingness to travel extensively during key program phases
Professional or fluent Spanish language skills desired
