About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, track, and follow up on key performance indicators that align with team and business goals
Identify trends, trigger alerts when performance moves outside agreed thresholds, and support timely action
Help improve outage planning, handoffs, scope management, and execution rhythms across the outage lifecycle
Support management operating reviews and help drive corrective actions based on performance trends and root-cause analysis
Build and maintain clear, practical dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI
Automate recurring reports and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Support the rollout of standard work practices across regions and functions, working with frontline teams and regional stakeholders
Help develop quality work instructions and standard work instructions through cross-functional collaboration
Lead structured problem-solving efforts to identify root causes and deliver lasting fixes
Support internal communications, including training materials and newsletters, to help teams stay aligned and informed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in service operations, project execution, or operational excellence in a complex industrial or energy environment
Confidence using operational concepts such as scoping, job costing, billing processes, estimated completion, and cost control
Experience working with digital systems, such as enterprise resource planning platforms, service management tools, or other business software
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Familiarity with power generation, gas turbines, steam, or energy services is a plus
Exposure to outage planning or service management systems is a plus
Experience with daily performance management and KPI routines is a plus
Hands-on use of Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools is a plus
Experience applying artificial intelligence or machine learning in an operational setting is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
