About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement a scalable strategic account management framework by standardizing core processes and building relevant standard work
- Develop and operationalize an account segmentation model that classifies strategic accounts by growth potential, competitive vulnerability, and relationship health,
- Own the sales operations rhythm for strategic accounts by establishing and managing pipeline review cadences
- Partner with the Strategic Account Analytics working group to analyze account health and identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Perform value stream mapping in cross-business sales functions to identify pain points and unnecessary waste
- Drive change management and continuous improvement by translating value stream mapping results into lean roadmaps
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10 Years of progressive experience in customer experience or sales operations within energy, industrial, or technology sectors
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience delivering measurable improvements in customer satisfaction or sales operations
- Demonstrated expertise in process design and change management leadership
