About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As the Supply Chain Leader reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will join the regional senior leadership team as the accountable leader for end-to-end supply chain performance across four functional pillars: strategic sourcing (to enable competitive offerings and contract execution), procurement, logistics, and customs & trade compliance.
You will shape supply chain strategy for a complex, multi-tier bill-of-materials environment.
Drive continuous improvement, transformation, and people development to build an effective supply chain organization that wins with customers and executes according to SQDC principles.
Lead and develop the team to deliver on Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics & Customs, and Leadership & Cross-Functional Accountability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Well-experienced Supply Chain Leader, ideally focused on project business, with a proven track record of 10–15+ years in similar roles and responsibilities.
University degree or equivalent academic qualification relevant to the role (engineering, economics, business management, etc.).
Proactive and process-oriented, continually seeking improvement opportunities through product and/or supplier changes.
Strategic thinker capable of architecting a 3-year supply chain roadmap while also resolving critical single-source component shortages.
Credible executive-level presence — able to influence the GM, CFO, engineering directors, supplier GMs, and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
Data-driven, process-oriented decision-maker with a bias for speed and clear prioritization.
Resilient operator who thrives in project-driven, technically complex business environments.
Builder of high-performing, inclusive teams with a strong development and succession track record.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
