Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to lead teams through complex negotiations

- Strong understanding of the commercial ITO process and key enabling elements such as costing and risk management
- Customer-focused with the ability to identify regional market trends and associated opportunities or challenges
- Ability to identify areas where GE can differentiate to win against competitors
- Strong advocate for lean transformation, problem solving, and standardization of work

- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and drive an agenda across regions
