About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead business development efforts for Global Nuclear Fuel related to advanced reactor fuel applications, emerging fuel opportunities from new reactor designs, and short-cycle commercial sales opportunities aligned with the core fuel business
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities in advanced reactor fuel applications, adjacent fuel-related markets, and shorter-cycle commercial opportunities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to position the business for long-term growth in emerging nuclear markets while supporting near-term revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reactor developers, strategic partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
  • Serve as a commercial liaison for market engagement related to advanced reactor opportunities and fuel-related business expansion
  • Partner with product management, engineering, licensing, operations, and finance teams to assess technical feasibility, commercial attractiveness, investment needs, and execution considerations for new opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, commercial operations, sales, strategic marketing, product management, engineering, or related business leadership roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and managing complex commercial opportunities in industrial, technical, or highly regulated markets
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, domestically and internationally, based on business and customer needs
