Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of the Lean roadmap within the Commercial function
Coordinate activities and maintain Lean operating systems
Enable effective tracking and communication of continuous improvement initiatives
Help sustain Daily Management and support Kaizen events
Maintain standard work documentation and ensure accurate tracking of KPIs and action plans
Manage action plans, follow up on progress, and escalate risks
Maintain data integrity in systems (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet)
Support communication of Lean initiatives and results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Relevant/Proven experience in administration, operations, or project coordination
Interest in Lean / continuous improvement
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, or Miro
Strong communication and coordination skills
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking tools
