Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources
oversee the Power Equipment scope provided by GEV project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium - large sized projects
develop specialized knowledge in their discipline
serve as best practice/quality resource
contribute towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
At least 10 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
