Requirements

What you’ll need

Foundational knowledge of IT security and risk domains, including Vulnerability Management, Disaster Recovery, and IT controls
Solid grasp of data analytics principles, with ability to build and interpret metrics that drive operational decisions
Passionate about AI and hands-on in its application — someone who builds, tests, and iterates with AI agents and workflow tooling directly, and sees automation as a core part of how they work, not a side initiative
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority — coordinating across application teams and senior Technology and Cyber stakeholders to drive shared outcomes
Self-starter who requires minimal direction and consistently delivers in ambiguous environments
First-principles thinker who challenges assumptions and designs solutions from the ground up
Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of the organization
Demonstrates operational rigor — brings structure, discipline, and follow-through to everything they own
Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions, equally effective with technical teams and senior leadership
