About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the product roadmap for engineering analytics infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, data platforms, and cloud environments.
Translate engineering, data science, and operations requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, developers, and external vendors.
Guide architectural decisions for: High-performance computer environments for engineering analytics, Big data platforms and data lakes, Integration with SCADA / Industrial IOT, historians/Time Series Data, and remote monitoring and diagnostic systems, Cloud (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures.
Oversee integration strategies between OT systems, engineering tools, data platforms, and cloud services.
Define SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for infrastructure platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience/knowledge.
Strong experience in technical product management, infrastructure engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
Proven track record leading infrastructure projects from concept to completion in complex industrial or engineering environments.
Strong understanding of: Networking, server, and storage architectures, Data architecture, data lakes, and big data solutions, SCADA, historians, and industrial remote monitoring systems, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures, Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV, containers), Support Automation process, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic systems.
Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, industrial analytics teams.
Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across engineering, IT/OT, and executive stakeholders.
