About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic talent acquisition partnership across Global Supply Chain hiring in Central Europe.
  • Shape and drive recruitment strategy for Global Supply Chain roles in Central Europe.
  • Contribute market insight and talent pipelines across the Region.
  • Ensure a seamless, efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring process.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for strategically important and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Anticipate talent and workforce risks and proactively advise leaders on mitigation actions.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, fair, compliant, and delivers a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment through deep knowledge of talent markets, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and business needs.
  • Champion the company’s employer brand internally and externally.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, with a strong track record of recruiting complex, high-visibility roles across multiple business functions and markets.
  • Advanced expertise in innovative sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect immediate hiring priorities to long-term workforce and capability needs.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially for complex or high-stakes offers.
  • Demonstrated mentoring, coaching skills.
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, talent markets, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Experience recruiting within the Global Supply Chain function is desirable.
  • Experience supporting hiring in Hungary and across Central Europe is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, written and spoken.
