About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic talent acquisition partnership across Global Supply Chain hiring in Central Europe.
- Shape and drive recruitment strategy for Global Supply Chain roles in Central Europe.
- Contribute market insight and talent pipelines across the Region.
- Ensure a seamless, efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring process.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for strategically important and hard-to-fill positions.
- Anticipate talent and workforce risks and proactively advise leaders on mitigation actions.
- Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, fair, compliant, and delivers a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment through deep knowledge of talent markets, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and business needs.
- Champion the company’s employer brand internally and externally.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, with a strong track record of recruiting complex, high-visibility roles across multiple business functions and markets.
- Advanced expertise in innovative sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect immediate hiring priorities to long-term workforce and capability needs.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data and market trends into actionable insights.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially for complex or high-stakes offers.
- Demonstrated mentoring, coaching skills.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends, talent markets, and compensation benchmarks.
- Experience recruiting within the Global Supply Chain function is desirable.
- Experience supporting hiring in Hungary and across Central Europe is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian, written and spoken.
