About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead direct reports, sub-disciplines, and contractors
guide and direct sub-disciplines, lead engineers at project launching phase & during project execution
ensure the proper management of interfaces with partners and main suppliers
develop quality procedures, processes, and organize knowledge capitalization to improve engineering efficiency
oversee, lead, & coordinate project execution procedures, conduct team meetings
support department and business data gathering requirements for metrics and reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university
18+ years of experience with power systems design & management including EPC projects
6+ years of experience leading a multi-discipline engineering team
Professional Engineering License in the United States and willingness to review & seal drawings
Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time, including international
