About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development of technical proposal documentation for the customer;
Development of technical solutions and product configurations during the ITO phase and product customization for specific customer needs;
Analyze customer requirements and define optimized technical scope;
Management of performance calculations inputs and outputs for technical guarantees purpose;
Cost management and technical risk management;
Support commercial teams with technical expertise for competitive bid strategies and during customer negotiations;
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, contract requirements, and internal procedures;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, commercial, engineering, sourcing, and project teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in application engineering, proposal engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Proven experience in the steam turbines design
Ability to interpret customer specifications and technical requirements
Knowledge of system configuration, performance analysis, and costing
Understanding of key business drivers and customer value considerations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, waste elimination, planning and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical communication
Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and build strong customer relationships
Tools: MS Office, planning tools (MS Project , Primavera); documentation management tools
