Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for the RAE team for R1 Solutioning
Assure quality of R1 Solutioning and RAE tasks
Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as Global Sales, Commercial, Sales and Engineering.
Provide technical leadership to R1S projects
Focus on proactive RAE engagement and strive for innovation to bring about change.
Mentor and develop talent
Lead LEAN concepts, run data analysis on operational throughputs.
Run Daily Management and PSR as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
At least 15 years of engineering experience in the Gas Power Plant industry
At least 8 years of customer-facing engineering experience
Knowledgeable in Power generation industry trends and competition
Must be willing and able to travel
Master’s degree in Engineering (desired)
Prior Technical Leadership experience (desired)
Comprehensive knowledge of GEV plant product portfolio (desired)
Six Sigma training / LEAN experience (desired)
Strong Change Management experience (desired)
Familiarity with R-process and R1 Solutioning (desired)
Ability to drive projects to completion (desired)
Strong oral and written communication skills (desired)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills (desired)
Ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers (desired)
