About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI implementation initiatives to support business and technology transformation
Drive ubiquitous automation and AI capabilities improving quality, speed to delivery, and operational efficiencies
Enable end-user self-service capabilities through automation and platform enhancements
Design and deliver automations that support seamless service provider migrations
Architect, design, and deploy enterprise cloud, compute, & hosting solutions in support of the business
Develop product self-service dashboards to provide BU visibility, observability, and self-service
Enhancing infrastructure capacity, performance, and scalability
Define, maintain, and advance architectural standards to improve service quality and customer outcomes
LEAN focus on continuous improvement to ensure the CTO organization delivers secure, high-impact capabilities in partnership with Cyber, business units, and other cross-functional teams
Continuously expanding technical expertise through advanced learning and certification opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, preferably Computer Science or a related discipline
Minimum of 6 months of experience working with platforms such as AWS or Azure
Minimum of 3 months of experience in software engineering and DevOps automation
Minimum 6 months of experience delivering projects, preferably technical products or solutions
Graduate of GEV leadership program
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders
