About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as IT application owner for the MOS application, and analytics product manager for material management (MM) and logistics (LGST) analytics.
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for MM and LGST Analytics, and MOS application aligned with Gas Power business priorities.
Collaborate with UX in design decisions.
Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure partnership with stakeholders.
Establish and monitor product and application performance metrics, user feedback, and support trends to identify improvement opportunities and guide continuous enhancement.
Drive measurable business impact through scalable, user-focused digital solutions that improve decision-making, process effectiveness, and operational performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Overall experience of 8-15 years in the Product Management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
A minimum of 6 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product
Experience working in Agile / SAFe methodology
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, DBR, Postgres, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms
Working knowledge of Big Data programming environments and Competency in major analytics software packages and programming environments (AWS Cloud Computing Services, Python/Spark, Java etc)
Demonstrated customer focus.
PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
