About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus
- Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline
- Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results
- The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.)
- The GridOS Delivery Manager is a technical leader responsible for leading the successful end-to-end implementation of GridOS software solutions across utility and energy distribution environments
- This role combines technical understanding with delivery coordination, helping to drive implementation progress, maintain quality standards, and support positive customer outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires four (4) years software design, software integration and/or DMS, EMS, Oil and Gas, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in Software Services Group(s)/Function(s))
- Strong software systems development and integration skills
- Experience with highly complex hardware and software configurations in a real-time environment
- Good understanding of programming and database skills
- Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and problem solve
- Experience with Unix, and/or Windows
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures
- Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff and customers
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively with other management and groups
