About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the delivery and cost of projects through proactive risk and opportunity management
Work closely with a core team of cost and schedule experts to achieve critical project targets
Attend and contribute to Readiness Release, Advance Release, and Full Release Meetings led by ITO
Review the Key Handover Documents and collaborate on strategizing cost and schedule risks
Assemble the project team at launch and introduce cross-functional team members
Support the Cost & Schedule Core Team members in coordinating Commitment Meetings
Conduct an IPM Execution Strategy Meeting during Launch
Lead weekly IPM meetings with Project Team members to review risks & opportunities
Identify action plans required for mitigation and drive specific mitigation efforts
Support the PM & CM with the latest risk action plans and updates
Create a disciplined change management process and reporting
Work with the Project & cross-functional team on Cost Out initiatives
Develop and execute a plan to track Project Payment Milestone events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
Significant cross-functional business experience with operational and/or project management experience
Fluency in English
Proven ability to lead and thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems, and deliver results
Detail-oriented with ‘can do’ approach
Thorough competency in Microsoft Office Tools
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification
PMP certification
