Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of HVDC system solutions that meet customer requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated system solutions
Manage the lifecycle of high-voltage equipment from specification to commissioning
Provide expert technical input to project proposals, design reviews, and cross-functional problem solving
Mentor engineers and contribute to team development and succession planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Power Systems Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in HVDC system engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of high-voltage equipment specification and lifecycle management
Proficiency in power systems modeling and analysis tools such as PSS/E, DIgSILENT, and MATLAB
Familiarity with electrical losses modeling and reliability studies
Ability to communicate clearly in English and influence stakeholders
