About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Director, you will lead a team of approximately 5 people.
Responsible for improving performance, resilience and the intelligence of the supply chain function.
Functionally collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics and Customs departments.
Lead the transformation of processes and tools for the supply chain function.
Promote standardization and continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
Establish a robust risk management framework.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement or operations roles within a multinational, project-oriented environment (preferably in industrial, energy, infrastructure or engineering sectors).
Fluent English required.
Availability for international travel and assignments.
Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent).
Strong command of ERP systems and supply chain data tools; experience with BI/analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing and mitigating supply chain risks.
Ideally, experience in digital transformation projects or ERP deployments in a supply chain context.
