About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Promote the AAA portfolio and execute strategic plans to expand activities within targeted segments and key accounts
Present technical solutions and demonstrations to customers and channel partners, and train internal teams on AAA offerings
Define and design technical architectures and standardized solutions for key markets and customers
Support Sales and Tendering teams in presales activities and service offer preparation
Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs, emerging technologies, and market trends
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional teams, ensuring seamless transition of projects from Sales and Tendering to Engineering execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Power Management Systems (industrial or utility), DER integration, or Microgrid Control Systems
Proven experience in analyzing and responding to customer RFQs, interpreting SLDs and operating modes, and tailoring solutions accordingly
Proven background in Design and Engineering, with solid technical expertise in Grid Automation
Expertise in SCADA systems and communication protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, and MQTT
Good understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts
Proficiency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Italian, Russian) are valued
Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 50%
Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to successfully pass a background check
