Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the regional Steam Turbine Service engineering teams to successfully provide technical expertise and engineering services for Outage planning
Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
Drive both innovation and simplification to support development of standardized/modular products and services.
Support the commercial teams as technical interface towards customers promoting our product and services.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in project execution activities ranging from typical transactional service business to complex upgrades
Proven competence and experience in customer negotiation and execution activities
Leadership experience, preferable in an international setup
Able to travel regionally or globally as needed
Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
