About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides support for pre- and post-contract administration and management
- Oversight of contract terms and conditions and claims management
- Definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities
- Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Provide service agreement, and time and material program management
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues
- Interact with teams to function as liaison between internal organizations and customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience)
- Execution-oriented in managing public customer accounts
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Established project management skills
