About the role
- Execute projects while adhering to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, on-time delivery and financial targets in accordance with PMH guidelines
- Actively contribute to the unit’s operational performance through accurate financial forecasts for revenue, cash flow and margin
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in Grid Solutions (GIS, AIS, protection relays, Monitoring & Diagnostics, DCS & CCS systems & services)
- Responsible for commissioning high-voltage equipment
- Independently manage projects from the tender phase through to project completion (including delivery and commissioning)
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with EHS, engineering, contract management, procurement, finance and other stakeholders
- Accountable for schedule, cost, quality and customer satisfaction within the project scope
- Apply project management methodologies and conduct project reviews and reporting
- Prepare forecasts, cash-flow plans and project reports
- Ensure compliance with EHS and other compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Support sales by providing feedback from project experience and optimizing project delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (required)
- Several years of experience in project environments, e.g., project management, site work, commissioning or engineering in the energy sector
- Experience in independently managing projects
- Knowledge of power transmission, distribution or industrial energy projects is desirable
- Experience with substations (HV/MV) is a plus
- Basic understanding of technical and commercial aspects of project business
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Business-fluent German and fluent English
