About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute projects while adhering to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, on-time delivery and financial targets in accordance with PMH guidelines
Actively contribute to the unit’s operational performance through accurate financial forecasts for revenue, cash flow and margin
Manage multiple concurrent projects in Grid Solutions (GIS, AIS, protection relays, Monitoring & Diagnostics, DCS & CCS systems & services)
Responsible for commissioning high-voltage equipment
Independently manage projects from the tender phase through to project completion (including delivery and commissioning)
Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with EHS, engineering, contract management, procurement, finance and other stakeholders
Accountable for schedule, cost, quality and customer satisfaction within the project scope
Apply project management methodologies and conduct project reviews and reporting
Prepare forecasts, cash-flow plans and project reports
Ensure compliance with EHS and other compliance requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Support sales by providing feedback from project experience and optimizing project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (required)
Several years of experience in project environments, e.g., project management, site work, commissioning or engineering in the energy sector
Experience in independently managing projects
Knowledge of power transmission, distribution or industrial energy projects is desirable
Experience with substations (HV/MV) is a plus
Basic understanding of technical and commercial aspects of project business
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Business-fluent German and fluent English
