About the role
- Drive deployment of new Quality Initiatives across Repair Value Stream (VS) sites
- Implement and sustain robust Quality Systems across Repair VS sites
- Engage in site operating rhythms to review key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Direct process and product improvement programs
- Collaborate with the VS Quality Leader to build plant-level Quality Management System (QMS) expertise
- Partner with Manufacturing Quality teams to resolve customer quality issues
- Interface cross-functionally and globally within the Supply Chain
- Foster a culture of quality by driving effective communication
- Coach and mentor teams in advanced quality tools and methodologies
Requirements
- BS Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or related technical engineering background preferred
- Min 7 years of Quality/Industrial experience
- Active listener with good communication skills in English
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Certified Auditor
- Proactive with high level of integrity
- Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction
- A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams
- Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis
