About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive deployment of new Quality Initiatives across Repair Value Stream (VS) sites
Implement and sustain robust Quality Systems across Repair VS sites
Engage in site operating rhythms to review key performance indicators (KPIs)
Direct process and product improvement programs
Collaborate with the VS Quality Leader to build plant-level Quality Management System (QMS) expertise
Partner with Manufacturing Quality teams to resolve customer quality issues
Interface cross-functionally and globally within the Supply Chain
Foster a culture of quality by driving effective communication
Coach and mentor teams in advanced quality tools and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or related technical engineering background preferred
Min 7 years of Quality/Industrial experience
Active listener with good communication skills in English
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Certified Auditor
Proactive with high level of integrity
Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction
A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams
Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis
