Coach the design, development, prototyping, testing, and operationalization of innovative manufacturing solutions
Integrate, maintain, and enhance the One Product One Process taxonomy throughout GE Vernova
Develop simulations and tests to validate the performance and reliability of manufacturing systems
Support design reviews with internal stakeholders and integration partners
Ensure compliance with industry safety and regulatory standards throughout the development and deployment process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration
Present new solutions to problems outside of set parameters.

Requirements

Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
Extensive experience leading the design, deployment, and scale-up of manufacturing technologies in complex industrial environments
Deep technical expertise across core manufacturing processes, including machining, joining, finishing, assembly, and related production methods
Strong knowledge of industrial automation, controls, and digital/physical system integration
Demonstrated ability to solve complex manufacturing and equipment challenges and translate solutions into scalable standards
Proficiency on Lean (hands on): Standard Work, Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, 3P, SPC, TPM, etc and how to apply tools to improve processes and leverage Kaizens to accelerate and sustain changes.
Proven leadership of cross-functional, global teams in delivering large-scale manufacturing initiatives
Strong program execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
Sound business and operational judgment, including understanding of cost, productivity, and performance metrics.
