About the role
- Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies.
- Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
- Provide oversight to large suppliers or Business Process Outsourcing.
- Ensure Business Process Outsourcing compliance with SLAs and act as the primary point of contact on all service level issues and resolution.
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years' significant experience in the Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college
