Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct system and plant operational functional requirements analysis
Perform structural analysis and design of different structural systems and components of a nuclear power plant
Perform structural analysis using Finite Element Analysis tools to develop structural demands
Perform seismic analysis and evaluation of different structural systems and components in NPPs
Support developing design and detailed drawings and specifications
Incorporate design requirements into analyses and design documents
Deliver high-quality engineering documentation on time and in accordance with contract requirements
Operate effectively within established technical frameworks
Communicate clearly through strong oral, written, and technical writing skills
Effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
Build trust, support team members, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Model safe work practices and reinforce a strong safety culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree of Science in engineering
1 year of Finite element analysis (FEA) experience
Master degree in engineering (desired)
ANSYS APDL experience (desired)
Understanding of steel concrete (desired)
