About the role

  • Conduct system and plant operational functional requirements analysis
  • Perform structural analysis and design of different structural systems and components of a nuclear power plant
  • Perform structural analysis using Finite Element Analysis tools to develop structural demands
  • Perform seismic analysis and evaluation of different structural systems and components in NPPs
  • Support developing design and detailed drawings and specifications
  • Incorporate design requirements into analyses and design documents
  • Deliver high-quality engineering documentation on time and in accordance with contract requirements
  • Operate effectively within established technical frameworks
  • Communicate clearly through strong oral, written, and technical writing skills
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
  • Build trust, support team members, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Model safe work practices and reinforce a strong safety culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of Science in engineering
  • 1 year of Finite element analysis (FEA) experience
  • Master degree in engineering (desired)
  • ANSYS APDL experience (desired)
  • Understanding of steel concrete (desired)
