Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain L3 baseline schedules using Primavera P6
Lead schedule reviews, progress reporting, critical path analysis, and monthly deep‑dives
Provide schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning with cross‑functional teams
Manage schedule impacts related to claims, change orders, and customer variations
Collaborate with partners, Engineering, C&I site teams, and project leadership to ensure alignment and timely updates
Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and KPIs
Prepare schedule documentation for reviews, reporting, and project close‑out

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Min. 7 years’ experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function in Primavera /P6
Preferred PMP licensed candidates meeting the basic requirement in the following industries: Power/Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Power Plant, Infrastructure/Construction
Must be willing to work on East Coast time zone (EST) hours, supporting Project Management Offices Located in Atlanta, GA, Schenectady, NY, and Greenville, SC.
