About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for activities related to construction, building and commissioning on customer site
Lead and control the execution of all offshore activities delivered from the allocated SOV
Ensure alignment with project Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets
Provide leadership and operational governance across Supervisors, technicians, and stakeholders
Act as primary point of accountability for day-to-day offshore performance and issue resolution
Ensure full implementation of the project Safety Management System
Lead regular site walkdowns, audits, and safety inspections
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting structures and monitor progress against schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Experience of managing offshore commissioning SOV's
