About the role
- Responsible for activities related to construction, building and commissioning on customer site
- Lead and control the execution of all offshore activities delivered from the allocated SOV
- Ensure alignment with project Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets
- Provide leadership and operational governance across Supervisors, technicians, and stakeholders
- Act as primary point of accountability for day-to-day offshore performance and issue resolution
- Ensure full implementation of the project Safety Management System
- Lead regular site walkdowns, audits, and safety inspections
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting structures and monitor progress against schedule
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Experience of managing offshore commissioning SOV's
