About the role

  • Act as the finance lead for the Datacenter projects portfolio in the NAM region
  • Partner closely with project management, operations, commercial teams, factories, and customers to drive project execution and financial performance
  • Monitor and improve project profitability, margin performance, and cash flow generation
  • Provide financial oversight on project reviews, forecasts, budgeting, and risk/opportunity assessments
  • Support operational decision-making with strong financial analysis and business insights
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project financials, including revenue, cost, margin, and cash metrics
  • Coordinate with factories to optimize execution performance, cost control, and working capital
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to support financial alignment, billing milestones, collections, and overall cash conversion
  • Identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio and drive corrective actions as needed
  • Strengthen financial discipline, process compliance, and governance across the projects organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or closely related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project finance, operations finance, or business finance leadership
  • Strong understanding of project-based financial management, including profitability, revenue recognition, cost control, and cash flow
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, operational environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and partner with project teams, factory teams, and customer-facing organizations
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience in industrial, infrastructure, energy related businesses is preferred
