About the role

  • Provide expertise in sustained customer success in the post-sales customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shepherd customers through adoption, retention and renewal cycles
  • Meet regularly with customer portfolio for upselling and customer satisfaction opportunities
  • Develop measurable action plans for customer objectives
  • Build and maintain documentation on account strategy for renewal and upsell
  • Hold frequent customer meetings to proactively identify and address issues
  • Drive initiatives for revenue retention and growth
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience in every interaction
  • Monitor product utilization for customer return on investment
  • Engage in self-directed learning on GE Digital products and services
  • Hold yourself accountable to setting and exceeding aggressive KPIs, OKRs and personal goals

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
  • Prior Electricity Grid / Utilities domain experience is required
