About the role

Drive and deliver high-impact executive communications on behalf of key leaders
Provide strategic communications counsel to senior executives
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communications strategies
Work in partnership with the broader internal communications team to advance enterprise priorities

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in Corporate Communications; ideally in internal communications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
skilled at creating clear, compelling presentations and content
Creative, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Proven ability to influence, lead, and collaborate effectively across teams
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and dedication to safety.
