About the role
- Serve as a key financial steward for Aero, overseeing all financial planning, reporting, and pacing activities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure financials are aligned with business assumptions and strategic objectives
- Own and oversee reported and planned Aero business line financials, including actuals, pacing, and planning data
- Lead monthly and quarterly closing activities related to fulfillment
- Manage and reconcile Aero inventory balances
- Establish, prioritize, and continuously improve Aero FP&A services
- Drive standardization of financial KPIs, planning, pacing, and reporting processes
- Oversee the development & refinement of key business line analytics
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Aero business line leadership
Requirements
- significant experience in the Finance & FP&A Management
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 8 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for roles in the USA
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to support peak workload demands during closing periods
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
