About the role
- Support the market share growth of high voltage Disconnect Switches (DSC) in North America region
- Develop business strategy to meet order intake and profitability targets
- Understand the RFQ / Customer's demand
- Trigger the tendering process: Go/No Go, target price setting, value proposition parameters, winning strategies
- Prepare and submit compliant and attractive offers
- Negotiate contracts: lead clarification process, resolve open concerns
- Develop and execute a plan to grow products, to target markets and identify key accounts
- Partner with the regional commercial teams to drive market share growth
- Provide leadership and support to channel partners
- Maintain commercial databases with up-to-date and accurate information
- Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with the GE Vernova Lean program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
- Additional 3+ years experience in Sales related role
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
