About the role

  • Assist O&M Advisory Managers in daily site operations and maintenance activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (O&M engineering, O&M Advisory Team, COE Team) to incorporate reliability principles in O&M daily activities.
  • Collect, process, and analyze system performance and reliability data, including failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
  • Support the conduct of root cause analysis for failures, developing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future issues.
  • Prepare and present reliability reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Establish reliability metrics and continuously monitor product performance in the field; recommend improvements based on findings.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports, logs, and maintenance records and maintain clear and detailed records of all reliability analysis.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of power plants equipment and maintenance concepts.
  • Willingness to travel and accept assignments at different power plants across Algeria.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
